no word yet on when aaron is expected to return here to the bay area. >> lets now get back to our top story, the overnight fire that destroyed a san jose landmark. bob redell is live at the scene. we understand a san jose fire investigators has made a very special request. >> reporter: good morning to you, marla. yes, san jose fire has requested the atf to come out here to assist. they arrived on the scene within about the past 30 minutes. this does not necessarily mean that this fire is suspicious but they have not ruled it out. within the past hour and a halves the investigator was allowed to go upstairs to make sure known died in this fire. they are still not sure. there's too much rubble to see if there might be a body inside. there was concern about the building's stability, it's always had the rightward lean, can you see it pronounced on the ground floor. last night's fire made it more pronounced. city engineers had to come out and deem it safe to handle a couple of people, which they did. what's so remarkable is how many people visited the scene to pay homage to fabs vike. long
